Ali Tufan Ulbegi known as Bakeroner always knew he wanted to work with lettering and constantly marked up school books with it growing up. Once he discovered local rap music cassettes and graffiti pages in a local youth magazine, he was hooked on the art of graffiti and soon began painting on walls outside. Although his work is still based in traditional graffiti letters and styles, Bakeroner has expanded his practice by merging graffiti with other disciplines and art forms, including digital media. 

After he moved to Germany quickly immersed in its active art community. Before moving, Bakeroner also worked as a Creative Director in Turkey and Saudi Arabia. Over the years, he has become an accomplished self-taught designer and still works as a freelancer alongside his graffiti carier. His current design work spans illustration, creative direction, and graphic design for various companies. Additionally, he creates popular Procreate brushes, which are used by professionals and beginners alike. His speciality is making digital spray paint graffiti brushes for Procreate app that perfectly imitate how the medium acts in real life, allowing artists to have the same effect digitally.

His work has been featured in several solo and group exhibitions, and he regularly participates in many international festivals. Additionally, Bakeroner’s graffiti has won several awards and has been internationally recognized in various magazines, books, and websites. He is often traveling to paint on walls around the world.
